Welcome to Our Lady of the Lake Confirmation Registration for 2024! Before you begin, we want to ensure you're well-prepared for this significant journey of faith. Kindly review the following checklist:

1. Informative Video: Please watch the informative video provided to familiarize yourself with the confirmation process.

2. Program Packet: Download and review the program packet. It contains vital information regarding the confirmation process and requirements.

3. Baptism Certificate: Ensure you have a digital copy (a photo is fine) of the student's baptism certificate ready for submission.

4. Contact Information: Have contact information available for both the student and parents/guardians for communication purposes.

5. Fee Payment: Registration for Confirmation will only be complete aonce you have submitted registration payment. You may submit payment online at the end of the registration form or by bringing/mailing a check to the PLC office. Registration fee for parishioners is $175.00, Registration fee for non-parishioners is $275.00

6. Height and T-Shirt Size: Know the height and T-shirt size of the student before registering (it is required on the form).

7. Letter of Permission: If you are registered or reside within the boundaries of another parish, a letter of permission from your church parish is required for the student to be confirmed with us. The letter of permission can be submitted at a later date by emailing [email protected].

Communication with important information will be sent through Flocknote. Please add [email protected] to your email contact list to prevent the messages from going into their spam folder.
